Dr. Prasannan has been appointed as Commercial Director – Africa at Bahrain Oil and Gas Trading Unipessoal Lda (BOGT), with effect from 1 November 2025.
In this role, Dr. Prasannan leads BOGT’s commercial and trading operations across the African continent, with a focus on diesel, gas, petroleum products, crude oil, lubricants, and related energy commodities. His responsibilities include expanding regional markets, developing new trading opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring sustainable and profitable growth across all African countries.
Dr. Prasannan will work closely with senior leadership and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Prem Chander. His appointment reflects BOGT’s commitment to strengthening its presence in Africa through experienced leadership and strategic market expansion.
